Celebrating Our Win at the Welsh National Wedding Awards!

I’m truly humbled and thrilled to share that DJ Sound and Lighting has won both the Regional and National awards for Best Wedding DJ & Technical Services 2024 at the Welsh National Wedding Awards!

Receiving these honours from such a respected organisation, in a field filled with talented professionals, is a testament to the dedication of the entire DJ Sound and Lighting team.

There are so many people to thank. First, my mum and dad - not only for their support but also for giving me the perfect initials to become "DJ Tipples” - what else could I have done?! From a young age they supported my dream, even when that meant late nights and driving me across South Wales as I found my footing as a DJ.

My big brother also deserves a huge thank you for being my personal driver and roadie. Without him, those early days of gigs across South Wales simply wouldn’t have been possible.

And of course, none of this would have been possible without my incredible wife. Being married to a DJ is no small feat, with countless weekends and social hours sacrificed for this job. Her unwavering support, and the quality time we create, have kept us strong as a team. I’m forever grateful.

Finally, a heartfelt thanks to all my wonderful clients over the years. Your kind feedback, glowing reviews and loyalty have made all of this possible. There’s no better feeling than ending a night with a packed dance floor, except maybe receiving a thank you the next day. Knowing that I helped to make a couple’s special day complete is more rewarding than any trophy.

It’s an honour to be part of your celebrations, and I look forward to continuing to raise the bar for wedding entertainment in the years to come. Thank you all for your support - it truly means the world to me.
